A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Jon has more than 27 years of mortgage industry experience. With a strong desire to provide the absolute best customer experience, he approaches every transaction with the same guiding principle: ALWAYS do what is right by the client and continually look out for their best interests. His integrity, honesty, and high-level of financial expertise, coupled with a true servant's heart, have been paramount to building a strong reputation in the local community. This has resulted in repeat referrals from past clients, real estate agents, builders, and financial planners. Jon has vast experience working with first-time homebuyers and repeat buyers alike and is well-versed in Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA and Jumbo loan programs with a heavy focus on new construction. Born in Dewsbury, England, Jon came to the United States in the 1970's via his father's job transfer with RCA Television. Jon attended Howe Military Academy in Northern Indiana for his college prep and ultimately graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, where he earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting with concentrations in Finance & Marketing.
Jon and his lovely wife Dawn currently reside in Zionsville, IN. They have three wonderful adult kids, AJ, Taylor, and Mackenzie. In his spare time, Jon enjoys managing the brewery he co-owns, working on cars, scuba diving, enjoying the outdoors, travelling with his wife, and spending time with family and friends.
