Chris has over 3 years of mortgage experience in some of the craziest times in the mortgage business to date. He joined the mortgage industry at the very beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. His first experiences in the mortgage industry have taught Chris how to work quickly, efficiently, and make sure the utmost attention is paid to detail. Being on the Gatz-Knight Team, Chris is backed by a team with over 75 years of combined experience. There is not a situation that he or the team has not faced. Chris prides himself in being professional, transparent, and respectful of all clients and situations. He excels in helping first-time homebuyers navigate their journey into homeownership and helping repeat homebuyers have the smoothest transaction they've ever had. Chris and team are all very fluent in Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo financing as well. Chris's passion for helping others drives him to ensure that every client is as informed as possible throughout their home buying or refinancing process so that they can make the best decisions possible for them and their family. Chris strives to make each client a client for life. Chris was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana. He attended Carmel High School and then went on to graduate from Indiana University - Go Hoosiers! Chris still lives in the Carmel area with his fiancée, Angela. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and anything involving water - whether it be boating, water skiing, or just floating with friends and family
